Role Description

We're seeking a strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our compensation programs, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global organization.

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking, leveraging industry-leading survey data and analytical tools to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to develop nuanced offer recommendations and conduct strategic employee pay reviews.
• Design and maintain robust salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges that reflect market trends and organizational needs.
• Create compelling dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting that transform complex compensation data into actionable insights.
• Champion pay transparency and ensure rigorous compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Architect and refine incentive programs that motivate and align with our company's strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes, and analytical methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertise in the technology sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks.
• Proven experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, with nuanced knowledge of US and international market pricing dynamics.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex compensation cycles (experience with Pave, Dayforce, Workday is a plus).
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive sense of ownership and strategic thinking.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
