Role Description

At The Home Depot, we're redefining how talent intelligence, technology, and data come together to shape the future of hiring. As a Senior Analyst, Talent Intelligence, you'll play a critical role in building the tools, insights, and experiences that power enterprise talent decisions.

• Operate at the intersection of talent acquisition, workforce strategy, analytics, technology, and artificial intelligence.
• Turn talent and market data into actionable intelligence that improves hiring decisions.
• Identify information gaps and define intelligence requirements behind each hiring need.
• Develop talent intelligence products that help leaders understand the market and make informed decisions about talent.
• Interpret data, identify insights, and translate complex findings into clear intelligence products.
• Provide executive-level insights and emerging talent trends to hiring managers and talent acquisition leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Prior experience in talent intelligence, executive search, talent acquisition, CRM administration, talent operations, workforce planning, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to turn complex analysis into concise, executive-ready narratives.
• Comfort presenting findings and analytical judgments to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to use generative AI thoughtfully as an analytical accelerator while independently validating sources, assumptions, and conclusions.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies (e.g.: Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to improve research, sourcing, data visualization, workflow automation, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
