[Hiring] Seasonal Talent Partner @Safelite

Role Description

This is a seasonal assignment with an anticipated duration of November - May. Start and end dates are subject to change based on business needs.

The Seasonal Talent Partner will support high-volume hiring initiatives during peak hiring periods. This role will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases.
• Reviewing applications and screening candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Conducting virtual/video interviews.
• Processing candidate offers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Overseeing all aspects of the pre-employment process, including background checks and onboarding coordination.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in Workday and other systems.
• Communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Following up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of hiring steps.
• Ensuring compliance with recruiting policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable employment laws.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Remote.
• Expected to work Eastern Standard Time hours, as well as flex to meet the needs of the business.
