Role Description

As TRM expands across APAC and other global markets, our ability to hire the right sellers, compliance experts, and go-to-market talent in-region determines how fast our blockchain intelligence reaches the institutions and agencies fighting illicit finance worldwide. As a Sales Recruiting Sourcer , you will be critical in identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional GTM talent for highly specialized and nuanced roles. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that resonate with our company’s values, prioritize candidate experience, and meet ambitious goals for hiring velocity. This role is ideal for a sourcer with a passion for innovative sourcing strategies, a knack for data-driven insights, and the ability to build strong relationships.

Your success is measured by the quality, velocity, and business impact of the hires you make across TRM's international business functions.

The impact you'll have:

• Own sourcing for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives specifically tailored for GTM roles.
• Conduct a high volume of targeted outreach to potential candidates weekly, maintaining a conversion rate of 20%+ on responses.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the talent team, providing data-driven insights and updates on sourcing progress and market trends.
• Rapidly onboard to new positions, demonstrating resilience and agility in understanding each position’s specific requirements and nuances.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing experience specifically for senior sales and GTM talent.
• Proven experience in sourcing hard-to-find positions, with expertise in using sourcing tools, conducting market research, and developing personalized outreach strategies.
• Ability to analyze and interpret sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and market data.
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges and meet ambitious outreach targets.
• The ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, autonomy, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, specialized, business-critical searches.
• The ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment.
