Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to provide technical and operational support across several critical Human Resources functions. This role is pivotal in optimizing recruitment processes, ensuring Workday compliance, and enhancing HR systems management. You'll be a key player in strengthening communication between senior leadership and HR teams, supporting centralization initiatives, and driving efficient hiring and talent management processes.

As a subject matter expert, you'll:

• Improve Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage recruitment workflows
• Guide system cleanup and reporting improvements to support our organizational goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Workday Human Capital Management
• 5+ years of comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
• 10 years of progressive experience in HR processes, particularly in Talent Acquisition
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR leaders and business owners
• 6+ years of strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and identifying solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of public sector experience
• Comprehensive understanding of state organization management and culture
