[Hiring] Recruitment Coordinator @Insight Assurance

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and be well-versed in the Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The RC will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process by identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting initial interviews. Their efforts will serve to facilitate communication between hiring managers and applicants, essentially acting as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the company. Their duties may often include providing support with onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding
• Utilize various channels to find qualified candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals
• Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions
• Utilize Workable ATS to track candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate interview times between candidates and hiring managers
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter end-to-end, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong familiarity with the Workable ATS platform or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms
• Experience with Cybersecurity, compliance, sales, and C-suite roles
