Role Description

The Recruiting Manager leads the Carrier/TPA team of full-cycle recruiters to drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and coaching the recruitment team to achieve performance goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, business development, and leadership, with a passion for delivering top talent to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, and/or business development.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to build client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving recruitment goals and delivering client satisfaction.
• Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, including Vincere, Linkedin RPS, and Indeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimum score of 3 for Jonus Core Values in semi-annual performance reviews.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve and exceed hiring targets.
• Provide coaching and training on sourcing strategies, candidate management, and best practices.
• Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring success in placements and client satisfaction.
• Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented team culture.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the division’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued partnerships and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Consistently generate job orders on a weekly basis to meet revenue goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and workforce demands to provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Drive consistent feedback with clients to arrange interviews & generate offers.
• Maintain minimum performance standards of $300k in billings in a rolling 12-month period with $200k billed in the previous 6 months.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the successful placement of candidates in client openings.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, legal regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Allocate team recruiting resources to effectively cover current openings.
