Role Description

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent for hard-to-fill and niche positions
• Execute local employment branding and marketing campaigns to increase candidate engagement
• Track and measure the effectiveness of branding, marketing, and sourcing activities to demonstrate ROI
• Deliver qualified talent pools for recruiters, supporting seamless screening and slate preparation
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Community Relations, and external partners on branding, outreach, and recruitment strategies
• Research and implement industry best practices to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and related software for efficient project execution and reporting
• Perform additional duties as required to support team and organizational goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience, focusing on sourcing and talent acquisition
• Proven track record in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and outreach
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Strong analytical skills to assess ROI and optimize recruitment strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and external stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Experience in defense/aerospace or highly technical industries
• Familiarity with workforce strategy and compensation practices
• Expertise in social media recruitment and digital outreach
