Role Description

BOND is seeking a Recruiter for Crew & Operations to lead hiring for pilots and cabin crew, shaping the recruitment process as the company grows. This role involves:

• Owning full-cycle hiring for Captains, First Officers, and Cabin Attendants, aligned with the aircraft delivery schedule.
• Planning and running recurring BOND hiring events, from candidate sourcing to interview day logistics.
• Representing BOND at industry events like Women in Aviation, NBAA, and Schedulers & Dispatchers, while building lasting talent pipelines.
• Driving application screening and initial phone screens using Greenhouse and AI-enabled screening tools.
• Partnering with Flight Operations leaders and check airmen to design interview scenarios and calibrate selection.
• Tracking key metrics: source of hire, conversion rates, time to fill, and interview pass rates.
• Recruiting for operations control, maintenance control, and other roles as BOND grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting pilots or flight crew for a Part 135, Part 121, or Part 91K/fractional operator.
• Working knowledge of pilot certificates, ATP minimums, type ratings, and FAA pre-employment requirements (PRIA, DOT drug and alcohol testing).
• Experience planning or staffing career fairs and high-volume hiring events.
• Strong ATS skills and comfort tracking and reporting funnel data.
• Ability to travel domestically about 25 to 35 percent, including some weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Experience with Greenhouse and AI-enabled recruiting tools (preferred).
• An established network in the pilot and business aviation community (preferred).
• Experience hiring cabin crew, dispatch, or operations control roles (preferred).
• Aviation background as a crewmember, dispatcher, or scheduler (preferred).
