Role Description

Blueprint Schools Network is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Contract Recruiter to support staffing needs across our national network on an as-needed, on-call basis (10–20 hours per week).

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for critical positions, including Blueprint Math Fellows (tutors), internal positions, and consultants.
• Thrive in an agile environment, moving quickly to build candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in K–12 education, charter management networks, tutoring organizations, or educational nonprofits is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of proactive passive sourcing and running high-volume recruiting campaigns.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Blueprint warmly and professionally to prospective candidates.
• Strong self-management skills to operate independently in a flexible, variable-hour contract engagement.

Requirements

• Variable hours between 10 to 20 hours per week, based on active requisition volume and organizational hiring cycles.
• Availability to accommodate interviews in Mountain and Pacific time zones.
• Remote work capability across multiple US time zones as needed to support interview availability (EST, MST, PST).
• Must successfully clear Blueprint background screenings.
• Training will be provided by the Blueprint Program and Human Capital Teams.

Benefits

• Contract fee: $30 to 45 per hour; fee placement within range will be based upon professional and academic experience.
• Flexible and remote schedule; hours are allocated dynamically as hiring needs arise.
