[Hiring] Provider Relations Associate @Zeel

Role Description

Zeel is looking for a new key member of our Provider Recruiting Team. As an associate with our Recruiting group, you will be an integral part of the operations of a small, focused team dedicated to attracting and retaining highly qualified massage therapists and other wellness and medical professionals on the Zeel platform. This is a terrific opportunity to learn more about recruiting, retention, orienting, and credentialing in a supportive, challenging, and fast-paced environment. This position is fully remote; however, you must be located within the United States.

• Conduct targeted outreach to applicants in high-priority geographic areas to encourage application completion and onboarding.
• Exercise excellent judgment and proactive outreach.
• Meet with prospective providers to answer questions about Zeel's network, opportunities, and application process.
• Respond to applicant inquiries via phone, text, and email, providing guidance and support throughout the application process.
• Maintain accurate records and create research and data reports.
• Support recruiting and engagement outreach campaigns through Groove, including follow-ups and re-engagement of unresponsive applicants.
• Track applicant progress and coordinate with internal teams to help move applicants through the onboarding process.
• Other provider support duties as required.

Qualifications

• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Thoughtful, empathetic, flexible, smart, and proactive, with great judgment.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys cooperation and coordination with teammates.
• Interested in serving US Veterans and helping to improve Veteran access to care.
• Experienced with Salesforce, comfortable and experienced with technology (Slack, Zoom, Gmail).
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
