Role Description

The Compensation Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of the Compensation Team, with specific responsibilities for:

• Preparing cost estimates
• Tax equalisation services and tax payments
• Certificate of coverage service
• Further compensation scope as required for certain client engagements

Performs in a supervisory capacity leading, teaching, and coaching the team for optimal performance.

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $85,000 to $95,000.

Requirements

• Oversees a team of compensation analysts delivering allowance calculations, global payroll services, and compensation accumulation
• Monitors for compliance to audit directives, client service level agreements, cycle time standards, quality goals, and client satisfaction targets
• Closely monitors team workflow and adjusts strategies to prevent financial risks/penalties and adherence to deadlines
• Responsible for the execution of process changes
• Ensures that reconciliations, including on payroll wage elements, are complete and in alignment with all deliverables
• Supervises or assists with the resolution of escalations from Transferees/Assignees, Clients, Tax Providers, Operations, and other internal business partners
• Responsible for the onboarding and training of employees
• Participates in the interview process
• Completes performance and merit evaluations in a timely manner
• Provides continued development and training opportunities to staff
• Actively promotes team members' career goals and progression
• Aids in goal planning and monitors internal reporting to ensure goals are accurate
