Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support high-volume recruiting operations, with a primary focus on improving candidate processing speed, particularly for late-week and after-hours applicants. This role is designed to maintain recruiting momentum, enhance candidate experience, and ensure timely movement through the hiring pipeline.

This position follows a Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (ET) schedule to capture applicant activity outside of traditional business hours and support recruiter readiness for the following day.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders in both languages.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or recruiting operations support.
• Strong ability to screen candidates against minimum qualifications quickly and accurately.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working Wednesday–Sunday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM schedule, Eastern Time (ET).

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition operations.
• Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Experience communicating with candidates via email, phone, and SMS throughout the hiring process.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple hiring teams.
• Ability to effectively screen resumes and assess candidates against minimum qualifications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, metric-driven recruiting environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Benefits

• Compensation: $1,200 US Dollars per month.
• This is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor. Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.
