Role Description

We are looking for a People Partner to join our HR team and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across assigned business areas. In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle and contribute to a wide range of people processes and initiatives. You will work closely with the HR BP to ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience. The role is based in Ukraine, preferably Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
• Support new joiners through onboarding, run regular check-ins and 1-to-1s, and be a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters — from leave and policies to employment condition changes, transfers, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers and HR Ops on people processes and organizational changes.
• Handle employment changes end-to-end: preparing offers, creating system requests, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Contribute to key HR cycles, including the Annual Review, Upward Review, Engagement Survey, and other global HR initiatives — supporting communication, tracking completion, preparing summaries, and helping managers and employees navigate the process.
• Support the broader people agenda by contributing to internal events like One Team Days, HR marketing initiatives, and various people projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR role, ideally as a People Partner or HR Generalist.
• Hands-on experience running regular 1-to-1s and supporting employees on day-to-day matters.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple processes at once.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people and employee experience.
• Fluency in English.
