[Hiring] People Operations Lead @Apollo Generators

Role Description

In this role, you will partner directly with the Head of Talent to build, scale, and maintain a seamless talent acquisition and people operations ecosystem. You will take ownership of Service Level Agreements, ATS administration, interview logistics, compensation data grids, compliance tracking, and hiring funnel analytics.

As the second key pillar of our talent team, you ensure our recruiting engine runs with zero operational friction, enabling high-velocity hiring without sacrificing candidate experience or regulatory rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent & Recruiting Operations
  • Interview Logistics & Scheduling: Manage multi-stage candidate interview logistics, panel coordination, and scorecards to deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Process Automation: Design and deploy automated communication triggers, rediscovery workflows, and feedback collection mechanisms across all open pipelines.
• Data Analytics
  • Funnel Analytics & SLAs: Track and report key talent metrics—Time-to-Hire, Pass-Through Rates, Offer Acceptance Rates, and SLA compliance across interview panels.
• Interview Frameworks & Manager Support
  • Evaluation Scorecard Management: Build and maintain standardized evaluation scorecards, interview rubrics, and feedback templates mapped directly to functional competencies.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Hubs: Maintain central manager playbooks, interview guides, and internal talent toolkits in company documentation platforms.
• Onboarding Integration
  • Candidate Offertory & Pre-Onboarding: Support offer letter generation, background checks, and seamless handoffs from offer acceptance to employee onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–6 years in Recruiting Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced technology, hardware, or venture-backed startup environment.
• Systems Expertise: Hands-on administrative mastery of modern ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and compensation benchmark databases.
• Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formula modeling, data visualization) for compensation tracking and talent analytics.
• Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and a track record of building scalable, friction-free processes.
• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills across executive stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
