Role Description

Step into the role of People Department Team Lead and take charge of inspiring and guiding the team. Your mission? Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People Department, including both Talent Acquisition and HR functions, ensuring smooth, high-performing operations fully aligned with business objectives.
• Manage, coach, and inspire the team, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance standards.
• Design and drive forward-looking recruitment strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent across the organization.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment function at a strategic level, ensuring consistency, speed, and an exceptional candidate experience.
• Oversee People Department (HR) operations and ensure smooth execution across the employee lifecycle.
• Champion People Department (HR) best practices and ensure policies and processes are effectively implemented and followed.
• Lead onboarding strategy to ensure new hires are engaged and set up for success from day one.
• Monitor key HR and recruitment metrics, delivering clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and scale HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Take ownership of additional strategic HR and recruitment initiatives as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
• 2–3+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or managerial role overseeing HR and/or recruitment functions.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Experience overseeing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes (e.g., onboarding, engagement, basic performance processes).
• Experience working with senior leadership and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring execution.
• Experience with remote team management preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
• Experience using Zoom for remote meetings and interviews.
• Ability to track and interpret basic HR and recruitment metrics.

Work Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Must have a stable internet connection and professional remote working setup.
