[Hiring] Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Absence Functional Lead/Senior Consultant @Sierra-Cedar

Role Description

Our Higher Ed practice is looking for a motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Absence Lead/Sr. Consultant. Experience with additional Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules is a plus! Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required.

Sierra-Cedar helps Higher Education institutions – more than 350 of them – with the implementation of Oracle software. Our business-savvy Consultants are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software in which the client has invested.

• Drive deliverables
• Fit-gap analysis
• Data mapping
• Developing reports and interfaces
• Configuring the modules

Our ideal Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Lead Consultant has:

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Close familiarity with Higher Education issues
• Some knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions
• A desire to become part of a Higher Education-focused team within Sierra-Cedar
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (a huge plus!)

This position requires approximately 30% travel to client sites (nationwide) as well as remote work from your home office within the United States only – International locations will not be considered. This full-time role may include working occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones.
