Role Description

The DLS Military Case Manager serves as the single point of contact for Amazon employees experiencing leave of absence or disability events across the U.S. and the rest of the world, providing comprehensive case management services.

The DLS Military Case Manager excels at answering questions, understanding employee situations, applying appropriate benefits, and adapting to changing circumstances. They deliver a connected and trusted case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• 2+ years of customer service experience, or HR, or a related field

Requirements

• 2+ years of human resources functions experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
• Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
