[Hiring] Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner @Stryker

Role Description

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will support talent attraction and hiring efforts for roles in Marketing across North America, primarily focusing on:

• Upstream Marketing
• Downstream Marketing
• Medical Education
• Sales Training roles

This is a full-cycle recruitment role part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE).

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage 10–20+ active requisitions for marketing and corporate roles
• Support full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Conduct structured phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, functional skills, and alignment to role requirements
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Hiring Manager Partnership

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies
• Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on pipeline progress, candidate feedback, and hiring status

Recruiting Operations & Tools

• Manage candidate and requisition activity within Workday and HiredScore
• Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
• 4+ years of work experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for marketing and related commercial roles
• 2+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience

• USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD Annual
• US5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD Annual
• US10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD Annual
• US15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD Annual
• US20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD Annual
• US30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
