[Hiring] Labor Relations and New Openings Coordinator @SSP

Role Description

We are searching for a detail-driven Labor Relations and New Openings Coordinator to keep our collective bargaining work organized and our new openings running smoothly. In this role, you will:

• Own the details that keep labor relations on track by maintaining accurate CBA records and making sure key commitments are never missed.
• Support high-stakes bargaining and grievance work that shapes strong, lasting union partnerships.
• Coordinate new openings, remodels, and transitions so people-related work runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Partner across People, Legal, Payroll, Operations, and field leadership to remove barriers and keep projects moving.
• Bring order to complex, sensitive work through strong organization, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
• Paralegal certification or related legal support education preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of human resources operations experience required.
• Experience in hospitality, food service, food and beverage, airport operations, or a related industry preferred.
• Basic understanding and application of U.S. labor and employment laws required.
• Knowledge of Canadian labor and employment practices is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience maintaining CBA trackers, agreement summaries, implementation calendars, bargaining materials, or similar labor relations documentation tools preferred.
• Experience supporting labor relations, collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance tracking, bargaining preparation, employment law compliance, or related legal functions preferred.
• Experience supporting new unit openings, workforce transitions, acquisitions, remodels, or other operational changes preferred.
