[Hiring] Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant @DLK Group

Role Description

DLK Group is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People and Culture team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, follows through on what they commit to and wants to build a career in recruitment.

You will support recruitment across our internal vacancies, client requirements and tender opportunities. The role covers the full recruitment process, including:

• Sourcing candidates
• Screening applications
• Arranging interviews
• Preparing candidate submissions
• Supporting the handover into onboarding

You will work closely with the Head of People and Culture and will have the opportunity to learn while gradually taking on more responsibility. This role would suit someone who already has some exposure to recruitment and is now looking for an opportunity to build broader, practical experience.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Around 1–2 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing or recruitment administration
• Relevant internship or graduate recruitment experience will also be considered
• Some exposure to recruitment systems, job boards or applicant tracking systems
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
