Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources Team! This individual will report into our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and will own full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level roles, supporting the hiring process from intake through offer and start. This includes:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating each stage of the hiring process
• Maintaining accurate candidate records to support SupplyHouse’s talent acquisition goals

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 3 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility

Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $45,514 to $56,892 within a full position range of $45,514 to $68,271 annually.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using various tools
• Review applications and resumes, using AI-assisted screening tools
• Conduct interviews via Zoom and complete detailed interview scorecards
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and walk-in interview days
• Administer assessments and background checks as needed
• Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records
• Represent SupplyHouse at university career fairs and recruitment events
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and tools
• Draft and post job openings to various channels
• Complete reference checks and support the offer process
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead with additional tasks
• Track and report recruiting metrics

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant recruiting or related experience
• A genuine passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and MS365

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
• Comfort learning and using AI-assisted recruiting tools
