[Hiring] Junior People Operations Specialist @Panda Drum

Role Description

Panda Drum is looking for a Talent Manager to streamline our People Ops and Recruitment processes. You will own the following:

• People Ops (about half your week):
  • Onboarding:
    • Accesses live before day one
    • Onboarding questionnaire sent
    • 1:1 page set up
    • First-week plan in place
    • Check-ins at day 7 and day 30
  • Offers and contracts:
    • Prepare offer letters
    • Coordinate B2B contractor agreements
    • File every signed copy in the agreements register
  • HR admin:
    • New-hire records and documents
    • Admin tasks for every hire
  • Documentation:
    • Build onboarding documentation and guidelines
    • Create SOPs and checklists
  • AI workflows:
    • Drafting offer letters
    • Preparing onboarding checklists
    • Answering new-hire questions
• Recruitment (about half your week):
  • Sourcing:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter for execution roles: support agents, coordinators, video editors
  • First-round screens:
    • Run with scorecards after a knockout check on the application
  • Pipeline hygiene:
    • Scheduling and candidate notes
    • Reply to every candidate within 2 business days
  • Test tasks and reference checks:
    • Sending test tasks to candidates
    • Tracking deadlines
    • Processing test task payments
  • Automation:
    • Using Recruitee triggers and templates
    • AI-assisted first passes
    • Notion workflows

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on recruitment experience
• Experience sourcing on LinkedIn and running screening calls
• Organized by default
• Fluency with ATS and AI tools
• Excellent written English
• Communication hygiene

• Judgment in decision-making
• Experience handling onboarding, offers, or contracts
• Ability to keep processes clean and organized
