Role Description

• How can HR lead world-class talent acquisition that creates a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers?

As a member of our Recruitment team, you're going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• Support prospecting and headhunting efforts, nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines.
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar.
• Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling to stay closely involved in progress, blockers, and outcomes for each role.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, feedback, and hiring timelines.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment.

Requirements

• Work From Home / Remote.
• Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.

Benefits

• $400 base + $40 night shift allowance monthly.
• 2-month paid Sabbatical for eligible employees.
