Role Description

Perform administrative functions related to restaurant recruitment including but not limited to:

• Sourcing, screening and scheduling job applicants
• Post Requisitions
• Review Job Boards and Company Applicant Tracking Platform and contact applicants
• Source Applicants for Restaurant Management Positions
• Conduct Pre-screens of Applicants
• Schedule Interviews
• Conduct administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Interest in recruiting and human resources
• Able to work a 25-40 hour work week
• Good organizational skills (attention to detail is critical)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, dependable, self-motivated, quick learner, and an outgoing personality
• Previous office experience; general skills- scheduling, phone skills

Requirements

• This is a temporary full-time position
• $20.00 hourly based on experience
