Role Description

The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the onboarding, compliance, and occupational requirements for all hires joining Ensemble. This includes both traditional hires and those joining via client integrations. The HR Onboarding Specialist is an integral part of the business ensuring an elevated new hire experience while managing the complexities of client onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar field; talent onboarding experience is preferred
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures on assigned book of business
• Interpret occupational health medical results and determine appropriate vaccinations required
• Responsible for navigating conversations with new hires and integrating associates
• Provide exceptional candidate experience to new hires while maintaining strong relationships
• Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility
• Consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership to review escalations
• Navigate difficult conversations with heightened discretion
• Maintain understanding of internal and external system integrations
• Continuously refine and implement onboarding controls and audits
• Execute additional HR projects as assigned
