Role Description

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders, assists with onboarding and offboarding activities, maintains employee records and HR systems, supports compliance initiatives, and provides administrative support to HR programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Assist with employee relations, leave administration, and compliance processes.
• Generate HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage HR communications, documentation, and special projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• UKG HRIS experience.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification.
