Role Description

The Candidate Care Coordinator (CCC) plays a critical role in delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires and contingent workers and acts as a key point of contact from offer acceptance through Day One, supporting pre-boarding tasks, onboarding coordination, and new hire readiness. The CCC will also play a vital role in offboarding of all departing employees and contingent workers.

• Guide and support new employees and contingent workers throughout the onboarding process
• Manage communications with pre-hires, contingent workers, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding preparation calls
• Order and track equipment delivery to ensure timely setup for Day One
• Track background check completion and onboarding tasks
• Send pre-boarding emails and Day One welcome messages with necessary resources
• Conduct identity verification calls and Day One tech readiness checks for new hires
• Assist in offboarding of employees and contingent workers, including equipment return requests, access deactivation, etc.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with collaboration tools, and MS Office suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with global teams or in a remote setting is a plus
