Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations, including:

• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Employee relations
• Benefits administration
• Personnel record management

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment practices, onboarding procedures, and employee record management.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Requirements

• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred).
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or similar systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with employment regulations and workplace compliance requirements (preferred).
• Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce (preferred).

The estimated annual salary range is $55,000–$80,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and the scope of responsibilities.
