Role Description

Join the Edutech team as a Full Time HR Recruiter, specializing in HR Recruiter internship in the Education industry. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for IT Services and educational qualifications ranging from Freshers (0-1) Years.

• Role: HR Recruiter
• Department: Recruitment & Hiring
• Salary: 13000-16000
• Internship period: 60 days
• 60 days 13-16 package, After 60 days 18000+ incentives
• Shift timing: 10.00am-5.00pm
• Laptop mandatory
• Training timing: 10.00am-3.00pm
• Saturday and Sunday week off
• Pursuing and freshers can apply 2023-2025
• If students are ongoing college, they can take part-time 10-3 Shift or 4-8 or 5-9

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR Metrics, including time-to-fill, hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
