Role Description

In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, keep searches on track, and ensure candidates and hiring teams stay informed. You’ll partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, guide hiring decisions, and provide a responsive candidate experience. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and managing detailed processes. Strong organization, accurate documentation, and consistent follow-through are essential. Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and the transition to onboarding.
• Keep multiple searches organized by tracking candidate progress, deadlines, approvals, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in recruiting systems and follow established processes and documentation requirements.
• Guide hiring managers through structured, job-related candidate evaluations that support fair and consistent hiring decisions.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and hiring teams, providing clear updates and timely follow-through.
• Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements that strengthen efficiency and the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR, including hands-on recruiting experience and responsibility for managing detailed processes, stakeholder relationships, and competing deadlines.
• Insurance industry experience is highly preferred, particularly experience recruiting for actuarial, underwriting or financial functions.
• High school diploma required.
