Role Description

Flipkart is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who is passionate about finding the best talent to help Flipkart continue to grow and succeed.

• Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related activities at Flipkart
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and candidates
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
• Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress
• Stay current on market trends and recruitment best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
