[Hiring] HR & Operations Coordinator @The Healthy Back Institute

Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a seasoned, highly organized administrative professional to be the right hand to our Business Operations Manager. You will own the administrative and coordination work that keeps a remote leadership team running:

• Executive calendars
• Meeting agendas and follow-ups
• Recruiting coordination
• Recurring operational tasks that have to happen on time every week and month

This is a tightly scoped, part-time role built for someone who has already had a full career in executive support, HR administration, or business operations and now wants meaningful work on a predictable, part-time schedule.

You will report directly to our Business Operations Manager, who leads People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional business operations for HBI. You will work closely with our COO and department leads across Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in executive administration, HR administration or coordination, or office and business operations
• A track record of owning a calendar, a meeting cadence, or an administrative process end to end
• Strong written communication and the ability to keep multiple people and timelines organized
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and spreadsheets, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
• Reliable availability during the defined Central Time schedule
• The ability to pass a background check

Requirements

• HR assistant or HR generalist experience is a plus
• Recruiting coordination or applicant tracking system experience is a plus
• Experience supporting a remote or e-commerce company is a plus
