[Hiring] HR Generalist @EPTA

Role Description

Support the HR function in implementing defined strategies to increase professional development in Epta.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in the role or similar: > 3 years
• Management experience, preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, in similar industries
• Highest Education Level: Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Economics, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related fields

Requirements

• Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
• Support employee development plans and performance management
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Assist with budget monitoring
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Control that training is carried out coherently to the defined service level
• Analyse employee administrative requests
