Role Description

Provide support with federal recruitment, full-cycle employee onboarding, and HR administration, including:

• Candidate sourcing and screening
• Interview coordination
• Offer and pre-employment documentation
• Onboarding requirements
• Employee tracking
• Personnel record maintenance
• Timecard monitoring
• Payroll assistance

Maintain accurate employee and onboarding trackers, follow up on outstanding requirements, and coordinate with employees, management, and clients to ensure recruitment, onboarding, and payroll-related processes are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, onboarding, or a related administrative role.
• Basic understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
• Experience supporting or willingness to learn federal government contract recruiting and staffing requirements.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate, onboarding, and employee trackers and follow up on outstanding action items.
• Familiarity with I-9 processing, background investigations, fingerprinting, eApp, PIV/badging, or federal onboarding processes is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide general HR administrative and payroll support, including timecard tracking, payroll documentation, employee record updates, and responding to basic employee inquiries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining available, responsive, and productive during established business hours.

Requirements

• Remote position supporting corporate office functions with standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time).
• Must have reliable internet access and a professional home office setup.
• Occasional flexibility may be required to meet project deadlines or support urgent requests.
