Role Description

In this role, you will lead the Human Resources function for Prysmian’s North America Industrial & Construction business, partnering with senior leaders to execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or a similar operational environment, with strong business partnership skills.

Requirements

• Partner with senior business and functional leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and organizational goals.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, change management, and people-related decisions.
• Use workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, support informed decisions, and drive consistent HR practices across locations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team while supporting compensation, talent, performance, and other enterprise HR programs.
