[Hiring] HR Coordinator @PSC Biotech

Role Description

PSC Biotech is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team on a 7-month temporary contract, with possible extension.

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
• Track HR compliance requirements, projects, deadlines, and action items.
• Assist with maintaining HR policies, employee handbook materials, SOPs, and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations, trackers, and communications.
• Coordinate HR meetings, town halls, and internal events.
• Maintain organized HR files and shared documentation.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative activities.
• Coordinate with US-based and global stakeholders and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Perform other HR support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, HR administration, HR coordination, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting US-based or global clients/teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS, project management, or documentation tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to work within these standard hours: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time.
