Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR/Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and plays an important part in supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

• Answer incoming calls from employees and address inquiries professionally and promptly
• Return phone calls in a timely manner
• Maintain and update the employee time-off request calendar
• Create and assign disciplinary action documentation for employees as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance records
• Conduct new hire orientation and other virtual meetings as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all record-keeping

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
• Prior experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable leading virtual meetings and presentations (e.g., Zoom, Teams)

• Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Remote)
