This is a production-driven recruiting role with hiring volumes reaching 50 or more new employees per month, depending on organizational needs.

• Manage a substantial candidate pipeline.

What Success Looks Like:

• Deliver high-volume hiring results, achieving 50 or more completed hires per month as staffing demands increase.
• Manage a large, active candidate pipeline across multiple clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Efficiently screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Leverage AI-powered screening and recruiting technology to maximize efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, timely follow-up, and consistent communication.
• Balance speed and hiring volume with candidate quality, job fit, and early employee retention.
