[Hiring] German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner @Tribe.xyz

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based remotely in the CEE region.

• End-to-End GTM Recruiting: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Go-To-Market roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations), sourcing and closing specialized commercial talent.
• Process & Analytics: Set up robust hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics. Use data to analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and drive results.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Communicate and strengthen relationships on a regular basis with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.
• Strategic Advising: Actively come up with and implement ideas to improve the hiring funnel, ensuring the longevity and success of the projects and clients you support.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in GTM hiring, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1).
• Hands-on experience navigating ATS systems and leveraging recruitment data to make better decisions.

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be based in the CEE region)
• Notice period: ASAP (up to 1 month maximum)
• Language: German and English (minimum C1)
