Role Description

The Director of Human Capital leads Longevity's Human Capital and Workforce Innovation service area, which helps federal agencies design and run learning and development programs, plan and shape their workforce, and modernize HR operations and technology. The Director grows the service area, leads and develops its people, owns its offerings and methods, and makes sure its contracts deliver what our clients need. The role combines practice leadership with hands-on delivery: the Director also serves on client programs, currently as Test Manager on HHS's move to OPM's Core HCM platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Twelve or more years of human capital, HR or learning work for federal agencies, including five or more leading a practice, portfolio or large program.
• Ten or more years in software testing, including five or more as test manager on enterprise implementations, with system integration and user acceptance testing of HR, payroll or ERP systems (the HHS Test Manager requirement).

Requirements

• A record of winning federal work: capture, solutioning and proposal writing.
• Experience hiring, supervising and developing consultants.
• Clear writing and briefing for agency executives.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep a Public Trust (Tier 2, moderate risk) determination.
