Launch Potato is seeking a leader for our performance management function. This role involves:

• Owning performance, total rewards, and compliance.
• Defending compensation numbers in front of the CFO.
• Managing performance management cycles end to end.
• Building tools and processes that enhance efficiency.
• Empowering managers to have effective performance conversations.

Qualifications

• A full performance cycle you owned end to end, not supported.
• Experience with compensation and benefits.
• HR compliance as standing scope, not as a project.
• A people system that outlasted you.
• Experience taking a company our size to materially larger.
• Empowered your team to raise the bar.

Requirements

• Design, timeline, manager prep, calibration, rollout, retro.
• Band design, benchmarking methodology, benefits renewals, annual comp cycle.
• Multi-state registration, I-9, handbook, classification, postings.
• Automated or rebuilt part of a people process for better adoption.
