[Hiring] Culture and Alignment Specialist @Global Medical Virtual Assistants

Role Description

A Culture and Alignment Specialist develops and implements human resources programs. Common job duties include:

• Providing human resources services
• Onboarding staff
• Supporting members and virtual assistants
• Processing contracts
• Updating records
• Improving retention levels
• Enforcing safety and health policies

TASKS:

• Vendor Management
• Maintaining and updating IC records and documentation
• Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required
• Coordinating IC onboarding activities and orientation sessions
• Responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence
• Responding to IC inquiries and addressing HR-related issues
• Assisting in the organization of training and development programs

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Willingness to work from home permanently

• OPTION 2 (POWER SUPPLY - UPS):
• Must be capable of powering your work station for at least 3 hours
• Typically a device with 240Wh or higher will be sufficient
• Must be capable of accepting all the plugs required to maintain the primary device and work environment (device, monitor, modem, cell phone if using as internet backup)
