Role Description

Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground running to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill positions in the Home-Services and Professional Services industries. We are looking for a relationship-driven Recruiter who wants to make an impact in the lives of candidates, foster candidate connections to build a solid talent acquisition network, and someone who is continuously growing. • Find, screen, and help hire great people fast.
• Keep the process clean in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and give candidates and hiring managers a smooth experience.
• Handle the full recruiting process for open roles.
• Source, screen, and help close offers.
• Keep records accurate in the ATS and share clear updates each week.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or in-house.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable.
• Comfort using ATS and recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports.
