[Hiring] Centralized Timekeeping Associate @Amazon

Role Description

We are looking to build a brand new HR Services shared services team in Manila to support Amazon’s growth globally. The hub will provide a multi-language capability to our internal customers and we are looking for HR Service Administrator to join our growing Shared Services Center. HR Services teams will be driving to redesign the processes and tools for service globalization and infinite scalability, providing an innovative and frustration-free experience to our employees around the world.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Join Amazon’s HR Services team in Manila and help make a difference for all Amazonians!
• Recruiting for a Time and Attendance Operational Admin specializing in time and attendance management.
• Manage time and attendance matters for buildings across the network.
• Fast, accurate, and reliable data entry on MyTime system or related systems.
• Resolve incoming time and attendance inquiries with opportunities for other engagement upon completion of centralized responsibilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement process projects.
• Understand Amazon’s attendance policies, employee groups, and applicable state and federal laws.
• Focus primarily on system and ticketing, data auditing.
• Perform other projects and duties as required.
• Report directly to the team leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum N3 JLPT Certification
• Fluent in Japanese & English
• Superior attention to detail
• Understand processes and program regulations and the way they have been translated into existing technical environment
• Carry out audits and checks on data and corrections in MyTime to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population
• Knows how to escalate
• Comfortable and able to provide feedback regarding the role and work volume
• Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
• Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes
• Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures
• Ability to work overtime as required
• MS Office experience required - Proven experience working with Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience of working in a transactional/process based environment
• Work Experience in HR Shared Services
• Experience working in multinational company
