The Available Workforce, also referred to as the "AW", is a bench of flexible recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators that are readily available for internal positions within Talent Solutions RPO.

Qualifications

• Industry: 2+ years of recruiting or coordination experience
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Understand and educate client on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
