Role Description

The Associate Sales Recruiter supports the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top commercial talent across CONMED's U.S. sales organization. This role partners with Recruiters, Regional Sales Directors, Area Sales Directors, and HR Business Partners to execute recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The Associate Sales Recruiter assists with the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing
• Screening
• Interview coordination
• Candidate engagement
• Offer processing
• Onboarding activities

This role is ideal for an early-career recruiting professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and developing expertise in sales recruiting. This is a fully remote position. Candidates may be located anywhere within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer-facing, or related professional experience.

Requirements

• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruiting platforms.
• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, sales recruiting, or human resources.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% annually.
