[Hiring] Associate Partner - Pay Equity @Aon Corporation

Role Description

This role is part of the Pay Equity team, offering pay equity advisory and technology solutions to clients around the globe. As a member of this team and Aon’s broader Talent business, you will help empower results for our clients, some of the world’s most innovative organizations, by articulating compelling and engaging data-driven stories. You will make a difference for the team by:

• Leveraging relationships with thousands of HR leaders at companies around the world to grow our pay equity testing business by sourcing leads and generating revenue.
• Staying abreast of pay equity legal and regulatory changes that affect our clients.
• Leading client outreach efforts, developing proposals, and closing sales.
• Advising clients regarding pay practices to reduce the potential for group pay disparities.
• Overseeing pay equity studies conducted by our data scientists.
• Communicating the results of pay equity studies to client leadership and other stakeholders.
• Helping workforce and HR leaders develop strategies, processes, and controls tailored to their pay practices.
• Assisting in developing the operations and personnel required to run a growing business line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory environment governing employment discrimination and related quantitative analyses.
• 6+ years of experience in a consulting or client-serving role.
• Proven ability to sell pay equity services and innovate in pay equity methodologies.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Experienced in econometric modeling techniques and able to execute them using common scripting languages like Python or R.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Law, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related quantitative field (preferred).
• Experience in pay equity consulting, compensation consulting, employment law, litigation support, or government (preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS and Databricks (preferred).
