Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth start within the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs to support employee growth.
• Support employee offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews.
• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
• Help in creating, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with organizational needs.

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Symbiosis Institute of Distant Learning
