[Hiring] Admin Manager @BH Properties

Role Description

The candidate will join our team remotely from the Philippines, work during U.S. Pacific business hours, and report directly to the Senior Managing Director.

• Leadership & Management:
  • Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline.
  • Assist with the onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new consultants in the Philippines.
  • Assist in monitoring the active engagement of consultants in the Philippines.
• Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
  • Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles.
  • Manage sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Review and make recommendations on candidate screening and selection processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Review and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
  • Identify tools, trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in admin and recruitment.
• Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality.
• Must possess strong work ethic.
• Must be a team player.
